Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our produce is perishable we cannot accept returns after 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you require to change the size of your bird it may be possible to exchange for preferred size however this is entirely dependant on availability, requests should be submitted before 16th December.


Cancellation of Order

We operate a 7 days grace period from the date order is placed (see exception*). If in that time you wish to cancel your order we will do so and issue a refund of your payment. *No refunds will be available after the 16th of December. regardless of when your order was placed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
